Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
Place a peeled and chopped pineapple wheel into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of peach liqueur and 2 oz of white rum
Add 5 mint leaves
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the sling glass
Top up with crushed ice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a sprig of mint and a red Maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
