Place 2 strawberries, 2 raspberries and 2 blackberries into a milk pitcher
Add 6 mint leaves, 0.35 oz of honey and muddle
Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine, 0.35 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add 4 cloves and heat
Heat, but do not bring to a boil
Pour through a sieve into an Irish coffee glass
Stick a cocktail skewer into a cinnamon stick and add a raspberry and blackberry
Pour honey over the berries and place a mint leaf on top
