Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 7 mint leaves into a rocks glass

2.

Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice

3.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of peach iced tea

4.

Add 2 oz of Scotch whisky and stir gently

5.

Top up with crushed ice

6.

Garnish with two peach wedges
