Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.75 oz of jasmine syrup
Add 1 oz of mastikha and 1.15 oz of gin
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Pour through a strainer and sieve into the rocks glass
Garnish with olive leaves, seagrass, and seashells
