Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice

Pour 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur and 2 oz of aged rum into a shaker

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Strain into the rocks glass

5.

Top up with crushed ice

6.

Garnish with a Maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig
