Rinse the cocktail glass with pastis
Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of quail egg white, and 1 dash of orange flower water into the shaker
Add 2 dashes of lavender bitters, 0.75 oz of elderflower liqueur, and 1.5 oz of gold tequila
Shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
Strain into the chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with several drops of angostura bitters and an orchid flower
