Place 20 mint leaves into a copper mug
Fill the mug to the top with crushed ice
Pour in 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of rose syrup and 0.75 oz of peach liqueur
Add 1.4 oz of cognac and stir gently
Top up with crushed ice
Spray a little bit of rose water over the cocktail
Garnish with a rose petal and a mint sprig
