Pour 1.25 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of quail egg white, and 0.75 oz of homemade macadamia orgeat into a shaker
Add 0.25 oz of homemade kaffir lime infused white cacao liqueur and 2 oz of London dry gin
Shake gently without ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
Garnish with a lime leaf
