A five-quart punch bowl is enough for 20-25 portions
Chop 4 pears into slices and put into the bowl
Add 2 oranges and 2 lemons chopped on wheels, 10 cinnamon sticks and 60 seeds of cardamom
Pour in 3.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of orange juice, 7 oz of cinnamon syrup and 33.5 oz of Irish whiskey
Add 60 dashes of orange bitters
Top up with duchess pear lemonade and stir gently
Fill rocks glasses with ice cubes and punch
Garnish each cocktail with a slice of pear and ground nutmeg
