Place a chopped apple wedge into a milk pitcher
Add 2 strips of lemon zest, a clove and a cinnamon stick
Pour in 7 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of yellow apple syrup, 0.75 oz of vanilla syrup and 2 oz of Irish whiskey
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into a teapot
Serve on a base with a candle to prevent the cocktail from cooling
