Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 12 bar spoons of lychee puree into a shaker
Pour in 1 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of lychee liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into the sling glass
Garnish with a peeled lychee, a raspberry and a pinch of ground black pepper
