Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 5 quail egg yolks, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1.5 oz of orange juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of gold rum into a shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Strain into the highball glass
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and a mint sprig
