Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a chopped half of orange wheel and a chopped lime quarter into an Irish coffee glass

2.

Add a small pinch of ground nutmeg and one clove

3.

Pour in 0.5 oz of ginger syrup and 1.5 oz of dark rum

4.

Top up with hot earl grey tea and stir gently

5.

Garnish with a big slice of a ginger root with burnt cane sugar
