Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.7 of quail egg whites, 0.8 of homemade chamomile syrup, and 0.5 oz of amaro into a shaker

Add 1 oz of dry vermouth and 1 oz of London dry gin and gently shake without ice

Strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a dash of Angostura bitters and chamomile flowers
