Cocktail recipe

1.

Place finely-chopped wedges of orange, lemon and apple into an Irish coffee glass

Add 2 cloves, a pinch of ground cinnamon and ground black pepper

Pour in 0.5 oz of passionfruit syrup, 0.5 oz of coconut syrup and 1.5 oz of white rum

4.

Top up with hot black tea and stir gently

5.

Garnish with a kiwi wheel
