Cut off a top of an orange and carefully remove the pulp
Place a peeled orange wedge, a chopped half of tangerine into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of ginger root juice, 0.35 oz of caramel syrup and 1.5 oz of bourbon
Add 2 pinches of ground cinnamon
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into an orange
Garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks
