Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 0.7 oz of orange syrup with horseradish and 0.8 oz of lemon juice into the shaker

2.

Add 1 oz of Pedro Jimenez sherry and 0.8 oz of Aperol

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Strain into a chilled glass

5.

Garnish with a piece of horseradish on a clothespin
