Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a red wine glass to the top with crushed ice

2.

Place 5 oz of vanilla ice cream into a blender

3.

Pour in 0.35 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of heavy cream and 2 oz of Scotch whisky

4.

Blend and pour into the red wine glass

5.

Garnish with a stick of chocolate
