Place 5 bar spoons of cranberries, 5 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle

Add 5 quail egg yolks, 0.75 oz of honey, 1.75 oz of light cream and 5 oz of milk

Stir while heating with the steam from a coffee machine, but do not bring to a boil
