Rim a cognac glass with granulated cane sugar
Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 6 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of amaretto and 1 oz of vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
Finely strain into the cognac glass
Garnish with a strawberry and a mint leaf
