Cocktail recipe

1.

Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes

2.

Pour 0.7 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, and 0.7 oz of quail egg white into a shaker

3.

Add 2.7 oz of tomato juice and 1.5 oz of celery gin

4.

Shake gently without ice

5.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again

6.

Strain into a chilled glass

7.

Garnish with vegetable chips
