Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 2 bar spoons of cherry jam into a highball glass

Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of dark rum

Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently

Garnish with a pineapple wedge
