Composition of cocktail:

Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour 1.5 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of absinthe into a shaker
3.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
4.
Strain into the rocks glass
5.
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
6.
Garnish with 3 apple wedges
