Composition of cocktail:

Scotch whisky

Simple syrup Monin
0.75 oz

Orange
3 oz
4.
Lemon
1.5 oz

Mint
0.03 oz

Crushed ice
5 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 3 orange wheels and 2 lemon wheels into a rocks glass, then muddle
2.
Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
3.
Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup
4.
Add 2 oz of Scotch whisky and stir gently
5.
Top up with crushed ice
6.
Garnish with a mint sprig
