Place the rocks ice in the rocks glass
Place 1.35 oz of peach puree and 0.35 oz of lemon juice in the shaker
Pour in 0.5 oz of pistachio syrup and 0.5 oz of Japanese whisky
Add 1 oz of calvados
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the rocks glass
Garnish with melon rind and ground lemon zest
