Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a peeled and chopped half of a green apple into a shaker

Muddle

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of calvados

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
