Homemade cinnamon syrup

Philip Bischoff’s recipe, good for for 23 oz: Pour 23 oz of homemade sugar syrup into a saucepan, then add 10 cinnamon sticks and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave overnight (12 hours), then pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
