1.
Fill the shot glass with crushed ice

Pour 1.3 oz of ginger beer into one of the test tubes and garnish with a violet flower

Pour 1.3 oz of tonic into the other test tube and garnish with a mint leaf
4.
Place the test tubes into the shot glass
5.
Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.3 oz of quail egg white into the shaker
6.
Add 1 oz of simple syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch
7.
Shake gently without ice
8.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
9.
Strain through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass
10.
Garnish the glass with a chili pepper
11.
Serve on a tray along with the test tubes in the shot glass
