Cocktail recipe

1.

Cut off the top of a grapefruit and carefully remove the pulp

2.

Place a grapefruit wedge into a shaker and muddle

3.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of gin

4.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

5.

Finely strain into the grapefruit

6.

Garnish with a mint sprig
