Cocktail recipe
1.
A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses

Place 2 tangerines chopped into quarters, 30 mint leaves into a pitcher and muddle
3.
Fill 2/3 of the pitcher with crushed ice
4.
Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of passionfruit syrup
5.
Top up with club soda and stir gently

Top up with crushed ice
7.
Garnish with a mint sprig
