Place 5 green basil leaves, 2 slices of green apple into a shaker and muddle
Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of ginger syrup, 2 oz of green apple liqueur and 1.5 oz of bourbon
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a green basil leaf on a cocktail skewer
