Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 5 cherry tomatoes into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz is agave syrup, 0.25 oz of Campari, 0.5 oz of ancho chile liqueur and 1 oz of bourbon
Add a pinch of salt
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Pour 3 oz of light beer into the collins glass
Finely strain the cocktail into the glass
Garnish with lemon zest and a cherry tomato on a cocktail skewer
