A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
Place a bunch of sorrel leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a blender
Pour in 2 oz of still water
Blend without ice and fine strain into the pitcher
Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
Garnish with 5 slices of ginger root and 5 raspberries
