Pour 0.7 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of homemade ambrosia gin into the shaker
Add 0.5 oz of honey, 1 dash of cardamom bitters, and 2 dashes of choclate bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Pour through a strainer and sieve into a chilled glass
Garnish with honeycombs on a skewer
