Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 1 oz of quail egg white and 1 oz of spice syrup into the shaker

2.

Add 0.5 oz of honey liqueur and 2 oz of Scotch whisky

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently

4.

Strain into the cocktail glass

5.

Garnish with pea pods
