Cocktail recipe
1.
Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Place 10 mint leaves into a shaker and muddle
3.
Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of almond syrup and 2 oz of citrus vodka
4.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
5.
Finely strain into the rocks glass
6.
Top up with club soda and stir gently
7.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig
