Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour boiling water over the cinnamon sticks and leave it for 1 minute

2.

Place 3 heated cinnamon sticks into a highball glass and top up with crushed ice

3.

Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of apricot liqueur and 2 oz of bourbon

4.

Top up with ginger beer and stir gently

5.

Garnish with small lime wedges
