Fill a small pitcher to the top with crushed ice
Place 1.5 oz of apple purée into the shaker
Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice and 1.5 oz of homemade creamy ginger syrup
Add 1.5 oz of homemade cheddar cheese-infused mezcal
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the pitcher
Garnish with slices of dried apple, coriander, chili pepper, corn, and ground nutmeg
