Cocktail recipe

1.

Place a cane sugar cube soaked with 1 dash of Angostura bitters into a rocks glass and muddle

Fill the glass with ice cubes

Pour in 1.7 oz of double-aged bourbon

4.

Stir with a bar spoon until the sugar is dissolved

5.

Squeeze the essential oils from orange and grapefruit zest over the glass

6.

Garnish with orange zest
