Composition of cocktail:

London dry gin

Triple sec liqueur
1 oz

Prosecco Martini
3.5 oz

Strawberry
1.5 oz

Ice cubes
7 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 2 strawberries into a shaker and muddle
2.
Pour in 1 oz of triple sec liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
3.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
4.
Finely strain into a chilled flute glass
5.
Top up with brut champagne and stir gently
6.
Garnish with a strawberry wheel
