Add 0.5 oz of Irish whisky, 0.5 oz of gold rum, 0.5 oz of dark rum, and 1.5 oz of aged rum
Drop in 3 dashes of chocolate bitters and 3 dashes of homemade nutmeg bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
Strain into the champagne saucer
Melt 1 oz of cocoa butter and dip the rocks ice into it
Place the rocks ice into the champagne saucer
Garnish the cocktail with a dried lemon wheel, a rose bud, and nutmeg
