Composition of cocktail:

Honey syrup

Lemon juice
0.5 oz

Still water
3 oz

Strawberry puree
2 oz

Raspberry puree

Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 12 bar spoons of strawberry puree and 6 bar spoons of raspberry puree into an Irish coffee glass
2.
Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of honey syrup
3.
Top up with boiling water and stir gently
