Pour 3.3 oz of red vermouth and 6.7 oz of Scotch whisky into a mixing glass
Add 10 oz of bourbon and carefully mix with a bar spoon
Pour the resulting cocktail into a barrel and leave to age for half a year
Place rocks ice into a rocks glass
Pour the finished cocktail through a sieve into the glass
Garnish with orange zest and a Maraschino cherry on a skewer
