Cocktail recipe

1.

Pour 1 oz of dry vermouth, 1 oz of peach liqueur and 1 oz of gin into a mixing glass

Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir

Strain into a chilled champagne saucer

Rub lemon zest over the rim of the glass, then throw it into the cocktail
