Cocktail recipe

1.

Place 2 bar spoons of a chopped fennel root, 3 chopped strawberries into a rocks glass and muddle

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of vodka

Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes

Top up with brut champagne and stir

Garnish with a chopped strawberry and fennel root wedges
