Fill a сollins glass to the top with crushed ice
Place a chopped cucumber half, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of passionfruit syrup
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the glass
Add the pulp of a quarter of passionfruit
Top up with champagne and stir gently
Garnish with a thin cucumber sliver on a cocktail skewer and a quarter of passion fruit
