Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
Place 10 mint leaves into a shaker and muddle
Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of cinnamon syrup, 3 oz of apple juice and 1.5 oz of pear vodka
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Finely strain into the highball glass
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a mint sprig
