Place 3 bar spoons of apricot jam, a quarter of an orange and lemon zest into a milk pitcher
Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine and 0.75 oz of cognac
Add 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
Stir while heating, but do not bring to a boil
Pour into an Irish coffee glass
Garnish with apricot halves on a cocktail skewer
