Cocktail recipe

1.

Place the pulp of a watermelon wedge into a shaker and muddle

2.

Pour in 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.25 oz of watermelon syrup, 0.25 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka

3.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake

4.

Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass

5.

Garnish with a watermelon wedge
