Simple syrup Monin

Lemon juice
0.5 oz

Green iced tea
5 oz

Mint
0.15 oz

Ice cubes
6 oz
Cocktail recipe
1.
Place 15 mint leaves into a highball glass

Fill the highball glass to the top with ice cubes

Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
4.
Top up with green iced tea and stir gently

Garnish with a mint sprig
